Ink with Alcohol

No it’s not a drink, but up to the user I guess…. Alcohol ink behaves in an uncontrollable way, which I like and you have to go with it. The colours are so intense and all react to each other as they flow across the surface. Yupo is a synthetic paper which is recyclable, waterproof and tree-free. The inks are dropped on the surface and I try to create texture and interference with more alcohol! Yes the window is open…

With a background of fashion and textiles I hope to get some of these artworks onto silk fabric, I feel that they need movement even after they are dry. I am open to suggestions…
